Why show something on the web your store does not carry?

My wife and I spent sometime on your website prior to going to your store. We had a good idea of the items we were interested in (which i later found out was Khoury) and were very disappointed to find out that our local store does not carry what we wanted. They knew the items we apoke of but did not even offer to bring them in for us. Also their attitude towards us seemed a bit short. Why show something on your site that is not available at your stores? Each store owner chooses what they wish to carry and there are a few who no longer carry the Khoury line. It is available in the majority of our stores and has been a great product for us for over 20 years.
