Why didn't you buy?

Being a member of Wood You for many years, I know why our customers choose to purchase with us, but why do some poeple only "shop" with us? If you are someone who has been into a Wood You location, but chose to make your purchase with another store, what was your deciding factor? Was it price? Was it unavailability of what you wanted? Was it a fear of staining? What was it? These needs you had, we will work towards providing for you so that you can put more real wood in your home and less particleboard.
