The following is a description and listing of the basic positions that are available:

Furniture Tech
This entry level position consists of building, sanding, repetitive bending and lifting. loading and unloading. A large portion of this position’s responsibility is quality control. From the receiving of the furniture, through building and sanding, to the placement on the retail floor, quality is your number one priority. Other skills and duties will be discussed during the interview process.

Store Associate
This key holders position typically carries multiple responsibilities:
Education and interaction with our customers, money handling, and some lifting, loading and unloading are some of the basics. Our customers are the most important part to our success, so your first priority is with them. Many locations require this position to run shifts without the presence of management. Daily cash reports, security of the premises, efficiency of the staff, and all around managerial duties can be expected. Other skills and duties will be discussed during the interview process.

Store Supervisor
This position carries a critical responsibility over the whole daily operation and maintenance of the store; from quality control, employee efficiency, prioritizing daily tasks to excellent customer service. Many locations require this position to carry out all training, hiring and development of subordinates. Management of inventory as well as daily cash reports and nightly, weekly and monthly reports is a required ability. Performance reviews, counseling sessions, monitoring of daily tasks throughout the store will be a necessary requirement to fill this position. Other skills and duties will be discussed during the interview process.
